Do you know the #1 reason people don't get what they want?

Is it a lack of hustle?
Not having enough money?
A lack of connections?

Nope, nope, and nope.

It's because they don't communicate.

Communication > everything.

People who produce quality work go out of business all the time.

It's not because the world is some harsh, unforgiving place. It's because they didn't explain why anyone should care about who they are and what they do.

Welcome to the internet in 2019.

It is no longer good enough to throw up a basic site and proclaim you're open for business.

Everyone you're competing with has already done the same thing.

You have to give customers a reason to care.
You have to tell stories.
You have to communicate who you are.
You have to communicate why they should hire YOU.

If you are the best in your field or help people in a specific way, you need to communicate this to people who could hire you.

It's not bragging. It's demanding your rightful seat at the table.

The words you use on your website will either help you or hurt you. There is no in-between.

My mission is to teach you how to pick the right words so you can grow your business.

About me

Hi! Welcome.

I’m Jackie. I’m the go-to copywriter for business owners who are sick of sounding stuffy online.

While most people would insert a cool, professionally taken photo here, I’d honestly rather put the cutest picture I’ve ever taken of my dog and I together.

I found my way into copywriting at the end of college. I always knew I wanted to branch out and do my own thing and I put myself in a position where I had no choice but to succeed. I had been writing online for years and went full-time freelance in 2012.

While the world said “get a steady job” I went a different route.

I’ve never been one to follow a set path and if you’re here, you’re the same way.

Take a look around. All those buttons under this are also my social media profiles. Say hi or drop me a line if you ever need a kick in the right direction.
